STATEMENT OF FACTS

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (Housing Authority), plaintiff in this matter, brought this motion seeking relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2) so that it could proceed with eviction proceedings against Kimale Collins, the Chapter 7 debtor and defendant herein. This Court granted the Housing Authority’s motion after notice and a hearing held on July 30, 1996.
