This petition for review is brought by the employer Hankin Transportation Personnel (Hankin) from an order of the *218Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee’s decision granting to Robert Brutt $347.00 in weekly benefits for a serious injury.

The sole question raised in this appeal is whether the referee used the proper method to ascertain Brutt’s weekly wage and consequently, his weekly benefits.
