WEINFELD, District Judge.
The plaintiff seeks to recover a balance claimed to be due under an agreement with the defendant. The complaint alleges an agreement by which the plaintiff was to disclose to the defendant the exact location and the name of the owner of certain equipment, introduce to the defendant the person in charge of its sale, and to refrain from itself purchasing the equipment.
