This is a proceeding by the appellant for a judicial review of an award of the Full Industrial Board in favor of the appellees, the surviving widow and minor dependents of Spearman DeWitt Walker rendered upon the application of such appellees for workmen’s compensation by reason of decedent’s death which allegedly occurred as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by the appellant.
