This appeal springs from an award of the Full Industrial Board, two members not concurring, granting appellee compensation from appellant pursuant to a finding that appellee while in the employ of appellant on December 15, 1955, sustained personal injuries by reason of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with appellant, which accidental injury consisted of a strain which precipitated an injury to appellee’s cervical and lumbar spine.
