Affirming.

The Owsley county board of education, and all hut-one of the holders of the bonds issued in 1921 by the-former Booneville graded school district No. 1, sued the Owsley county fiscal court and the other bondholder, and asked for a mandatory order to require said fiscal court to meet and levy a tax upon the property in the former Booneville graded school • district No. 1, to pay said bonds. Tbeir petition was dismissed, and they have appealed.
