This is a suit brought by plaintiffs to obtain a decree of the construction of the will of tbe father of Mrs. Irene Haalou Ii Brown and grandfather of her children. The will under which the executors and guardians entered upon and continued to execute the trust committed to them is in these words: (as much as is necessary for understanding the decision only is inserted).
