Daniel R. Stevens (“Stevens” or “plaintiff’) is a former employee of E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company (“DuPont” or “defendant”). Stevens (who proceeds pro se) contends that DuPont committed fraud, constructive fraud, and negligent misrepresentation while negotiating his separation agreement.
