GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:
Defendant-appellant Lloyd Byron Lan-ford (Lanford), who entered a conditional plea of guilty under Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized following his arrest at a permanent Border Patrol checkpoint. We affirm.
