The attorney general for the auditor of public accounts filed a petition in the district court under the provisions of section 28, ch. 43, Comp. St. 1911, setting forth facts tending to show that the defendant, which is a fire insurance company, is insolvent, and unable to meet its obligations or to continue in a solvent manner to transact the business for which it was organized.
