BRADY, Justice:

This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Yalobusha County, Mississippi, wherein a pleading styled a “Plea in Abatement” was sustained against the appellant. From that judgment this appeal is taken.

Prior to June 6, 1967, the appellee had leased several trucks to the appellant for the purpose of hauling chickens in the appellant’s trucking business. The appellant was a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama and had never received a license or authorization to do business in the State of Mississippi.
