CLAYTON, Justice.

This is an appeal with bill of exceptions from a decree of the Probate Court of Jefferson County on conflicting petitions for letters of administration, on the estate of Mary Jane Speed who died in said county on January 2, 1953. On January 7, 1953, Lena Burnett, appellant, filed her petition for letters of administration in which she described herself as friend and former guardian of decedent. Robert C.
