CIRE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Srini Malini, M. D., is a licensed physician, certified in radiology, who practices medicine in Houston. Defendant hospitals have denied Dr. Malini’s application for staff privileges, and she complains that the denials are attributable to contracts which grant Singleton and Associates the exclusive right to perform radiology services at St. Luke’s Hospital, and Houston Radiology Associated the exclusive right to perform radiology services at Methodist Hospital.
