Geolograph Service Corporation, respondent in writ, brought suit against relator, Southern Pacific Company, in the 17th Judicial District Court of the Parish of Terrebonne to recover damages of its automobile and incidental expenses resulting from a collision with a locomotive engine belonging to, and operated by relator. Respondent took the deposition of the engineer of the locomotive and the switchman who was flagging the crossing at the time the accident occurred.
