LEVAL, District Judge.

This is a breach of contract action arising out of various reinsurance contracts between plaintiff American Special Risk Insurance Corp. (“ASRIC”) and defendant Delta American Re Insurance Company (“Delta”). ASRIC is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Georgia.
