This is an appeal taken by the administrator of the estate of George W. Nichols, deceased, from a judgment allowing a claim of the appellee against said estate.

The claim was filed in Hamilton county. In the Hamilton Circuit Court, the claimant moved for a change of venue from the county. The motion was sustained, and the court ordered that the venue be changed to the superior court of Marion county.

A transcript of the proceedings in the Hamilton Circuit Court and the papers in the cause were transmitted to the clerk of the Marion Superior Court. That court, on the ground that it had…
