TODD, J.:

¶ 1 Amanda O’Bryon appeals the judgment of sentence of 48 hours to one year confinement imposed by the Honorable Lawrence J. O’Toole following her conviction at a bench trial of one count of driving under the influence of alcohol 1 and a summary charge of accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property. 2 Following our review of the record before us, we affirm.
