Richard and Lori Gonzalo (the “Debtors”), filed a joint Chapter 7 petition on June 17, 1992. At that time, they were the record owners of, and resided in a condominium unit located at 133A Stack Drive, Staten Island, New York (the “Condominium”). Schedule D of Debtors’ petition listed Citicorp Mortgage Inc.
