Plaintiff has been granted a separation based upon the withdrawal of defendant’s answer and a subsequent inquest taken before a Justice of this court. The amount of permanent alimony and counsel fees, together with the issues concerning defendant’s “wealth, income and standard of living ’ ’ were referred to this court, upon consent of counsel, to hear and determine (see order of Special Term, Part XII, Feb. 26, 1958, Gold, J.).
