The appellant is an attorney at law, and this appeal is from a decree disbarring him from the practice of law. An order was entered in the court below reciting that “whereas S. D. Redmond, . . . members of this Bar, are unfit persons to practice in the Courts of Mississippi, and have forfeited their rights so to do. Therefore, be it ordered, adjudged and decreed that Messrs. P. H.
