FLANIGAN, Chief Judge.
John Duncan and Edna Duncan, claimants in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Laclede County, appeal from the disallowance of their amended claim which was filed against the estate of Dorothy J. Booker, deceased. Claimants contend that the trial court erred: (1) in denying their “oral motion to make a record” with respect to the proceedings on the amended claim “so that all issues ruled upon by the trial judge can be preserved for appellate review”; and (2) in failing to allow the amended claim “in that the personal representative failed to raise any objections…
