MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WEXLER, District Judge.

This proposed class action is one of the many lawsuits that have emerged from the collapse of the Ambassador Group, Inc. (“Ambassador”) an insurance holding company.1 In this litigation, Ambassador stockholder David Michaels is the sole named plaintiff in a lawsuit against defendants Ambassador, Ambassador’s former officers and inside directors,2 and Coopers & Lybrand, Ambassador’s accountants.
