Curtis Hansen applied to this court for a supervisory writ to require the clerk of the district court of Burleigh County to accept and file Hansen’s notice of appeal to the supreme court from a judgment of the district court. Hansen had appealed to the district court an unfavorable judgment rendered in the small claims court. The district court had affirmed the judgment of the small claims court.
