This is an appeal prosecuted by Wallace Jenkins, Roy Jenkins, Myer Rabinowitz, M. E. Davis, and Mrs. Nettie Davis, as appellants, from a judgment rendered on February 14, 1931, in favor of the Pure Oil Company, a private corporation, appellee, against appellants and V. T. Davis, Mary Davis, and R. O. Wylie, defendants. Appellee pleaded the usual action of trespass to try title, and in addition thereto alleged that on June 9, 1927, V. T. Davis and wife, Mary Davis, executed an oil, gas, and mineral lease in favor of one E. G. Lewis, conveying, in fee simple, oil, gas, and mineral, except a…
