By way of a seven-count amended complaint, plaintiff Crosfield Hastech, Inc. (“CHI”), a designer, developer, manufacturer, and marketer of computer hardware and software for the newspaper publishing industry, brings this action against a former employee, Randolph W. Duerr (“Duerr”), and Harris Corporation (“Harris”), Duerr’s current employer and CHI’s business competitor.
