This is an ejectment bill. The Chancellor refused complainant any relief, and dismissed his bill, and he has appealed.

Complainant claims to own 30,000 or more acres of mountain lands in the seventeenth and twentieth districts of Monroe County, in the Ocoee land district. His contention is, that defendants, Williams and wife, - claim a portion of the same on the northwest side of the body of land, on the waters of Little Citico Creek; that they have sold the timber on it, and it is being removed to their injury.
