Octavius Ware again appeals an order denying his post-conviction request for a new violation of probation (VOP) hearing. In Ware v. State, 111 So.3d 257 (Fla. 1st DCA 2013), we remanded for the post-conviction court to provide representation to Mr. Ware and to conduct an evidentiary hearing regarding the facts and legal effects of his girlfriend’s perjury conviction related to Mr. Ware’s case.
