William E. Colyer, D.O. (“Dr. Colyer”) appeals the revocation of his medical license by the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts (“Board”). Dr. Col-yer raises three points on appeal claiming that the Board erred in revoking his medical license for incompetency.
