Plaintiffs Ernesto Leone and Angelo Duva bring this action against Anthony Cataldo for: (1) breach of contract; (2) common law fraud; (3) violation of New York General Business Law § 349; (4) false advertising; (5) intentional misrepresentation; (6) negligent misrepresentation; and (7) breach of implied covenant of good faith.
