McNULTY, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction over the Defendants pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2), or, in the alternative, to dismiss or transfer for improper venue pursuant to Fed.R.CivJP. 12(b)(3) and 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a).
