The facts out of which this controversy arose are substantially as follows:

Henry R. Cline was the owner of an undivided one-half interest in certain real estate situated in the city of Tulsa, Okla. He died unmarried, intestate and without issue. M. B. Cline, one of his brothers, was appointed administrator of his estate, qualified as such, and took charge of the property of the estate. Five days after the death of Henry R. Cline, his mother, Ruby Cline, died intestate and M. E. Cline was appointed administrator of her estate, qualified as such, and took charge thereof. She left surviving her…
