MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER
McAVOY, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York (Mahoney, J). Appellant has filed objections to the Bankruptcy Court’s ruling which required him to return Chapter 13 debtors’ repossessed vehicle, based on Appellant’s failure to perfect his security interest by filing with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
