Before the Court is Plaintiff International Asset Management, Inc.’s (“IAM”) Petition to Compel Arbitration (Docs. 2 and 3).

I. Factual Background and Procedural History

In 2000, Gerald Holt and Carolyn Holt, individually and as trustees of the Gerald Lee Holt Trust (the “Holts”), entered three oil and gas leases (the “Leases”) with IAM, whereby IAM leased approximately three hundred acres of the Holts’ land for the purpose of oil and gas exploration.
