PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE

This matter is before the Court upon “Amended Complaint Objecting to Secured Claim of Milton Federal Savings and Loan Association,” (hereinafter Milton Federal), filed on 1 July 1981. The Complaint essentially requests that this Court determine whether postpetition interest on a senior claim should be paid prior to prepetition principal and interest due on a junior claim secured by the same collateral.
