DECISION AND ORDER

PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE.
This matter is before the Court upon Complaint filed by Debtors on 21 December 1982. On 5 January 1983, Defendant filed its Answer and also counterclaimed for relief from stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C.' § 362(d). The Court considered the matter at a pretrial conference held 17 January 1983 and continued to 23 February 1983.
