Defendant, having been convicted in the Quarter Sessions upon an indictment charging him with illegal sales of liquor, brings the record of that conviction to this court for review. The indictment contains four counts. The first three charge violations of section 66 of the Crimes act (Pamph. L. 1898, p. 812) in selling whiskey and other liquors in quantities less than a quart without license for that purpose obtained.
