In the article of his will submitted to this court for construction, the testator gave several trust funds to certain persons named, in trust for a specified purpose, and explicitly constituted those persons trustees for that purpose. That purpose the testator declared to be the benefit of each of his grandchildren who should survive him; and by the plainly expressed terms of the trust, he provided that that purpose should be attained in a prescribed manner.
