ORDER ON MOTIONS IN LIMINE

WOODCOCK, District Judge.

Defendant filed a motion in limine to preclude the introduction of the marine casualty investigation report into evidence and to prevent the Plaintiff from referring to OSHA violations as establishing negligence per se. Defendant also argues that post-accident evidence is inadmissible pursuant to Fed.R.Evid. 407.
