Honeywell Information Systems, Inc., appeals from an order for an interlocutory judgment1 extinguishing Flambeau Products Corporation’s obligations under installment purchase contracts and dismissing Honeywell’s counterclaim for the unpaid portion of the purchase price, plus accrued interest.
