Appeal from Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans; Ered D. King, Judge. Action by Miss Effie Boyer against the Crescent Paper Box Factory, Incorporated. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant appeals.

While plaintiff was in the dressing room of the defendant’s factory getting ready to go home after her day’s work, her hair got caught in some machinery, and she was scalped. There can be no serious question but that she would be entitled to heavy damages were it not for Act 20, p. 44, of 1914, known as the Employers’ Liability Act. She denies that her case comes under this act; and, in the event *371that it does, she contends that the act is unconstitutional.
