MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HART, District Judge.
This case is a class action brought by certain residents of defendant Chicago Housing Authority (“CHA”) challenging CHA’s practices of terminating leases based on the conduct of nonleaseholders occurring outside the leaseholder’s premises. On March 8, 1991, this court ruled on the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment. Turner v. Chicago Housing Authority, 760 F.Supp. 1299 (N.D.Ill.1991).
