HIGGINS, Commissioner.

Donald Keith Sawyer, with a prior felony conviction, was convicted by a jury of robbery, first degree, and the court assessed his punishment at 4 5 years’ imprisonment. Sentence and judgment were rendered accordingly. §§ 556.280, 560.120, 560.135, V.A.M.S.
