I. Facts

This case is an interpleader action filed by the law firm of Tune, Entrekin & White, P.C. (“Tune, Entrekin & White”) against the landowners and tenants of certain property located along the Cumberland River in Nashville, Tennessee (hereinafter, the “Property”). The Tennessee Department of Transportation (“TDOT”) sought to condemn a portion of the Property for the construction of a bridge spanning the Cumberland River.
