MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

TOM S. LEE, District Judge.

Plaintiff Debbie Chaney Montgomery brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging a conspiracy among the defendants to deprive her of her first and fourteenth amendment rights of freedom of speech and the press. The complaint further alleges that the defendants deprived plaintiff of her property and liberty rights secured under the fourteenth amendment. Plaintiff also asserts pendent state law claims against all of the defendants under Article III §§ '13 and 14 of the Mississippi Constitution and Miss.Code Ann. § 97-1-1 (Supp.1988),…
