Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed January 7, 1997, which, inter alia, rescinded a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Law Judge and restored the case to the trial calendar for further development of the record.

In October 1993, claimant filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits for hearing loss due to exposure to noise during the years of his employment as a pressman. By decisions of a Workers’ Compensation Law Judge, occupational disease, notice and causal relationship (hereinafter ODNCR) were established and claimant was awarded benefits…
