MOTLEY, District Judge.

This is a private anti-trust action in which the individual plaintiff, a put and call broker-dealer, and two of his companies seek $15,000,000 in treble damages and attorneys fees against Put and Call Brokers and Dealers Association, Inc., and numerous other defendants, for alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2). The individual plaintiff had been a member of the Association but had been suspended after he failed to pay a fine for alleged violation of the Association’s rules.
