OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Wilson T. Oluoch,1 appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, whereby the trial court denied appellant's motion to withdraw his guilty pleas.

{¶ 2} The Franklin County Grand Jury indicted appellant on one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony, in violation of R.C. 2905.01, one count of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony, in violation of R.C. 2907.05, and two counts of rape, first-degree felonies, in violation of R.C. 2907.02.
