*347The defendant was indicted hereunder for assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree for an incident which occurred on March 30, 2003, in front of the premises located at 115th Drive, Queens County. On March 10, 2004, after completion of a jury trial before this court, the defendant was found guilty of each count of the indictment.
