Maine-Endwell Central School District (“School District”), one of the defendants in this action, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, Howard G. Mun-son, Chief Judge, dated October 9, 1981, as modified by order dated October 23, 1981 (together the “October Order”), directing the School District to pay interim attorney’s fees to the plaintiffs, George H.
