This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of the fourteenth judicial district, which judgment affirmed an order of the Industrial Accident Board denying the claim of appellant for Workmen’s Compensation.

On October 8, 1956, the appellant, hereinafter referred to as the claimant was injured while engaged in the logging in dustry. The claimant had entered into two written contracts with Castle Mountain Lumber Company, one on July 21, 1956, and one on September 26, 1956.
